the following documents to us by mail.
Complete and sign the attached Master Membership Card. If you
have a joint account owner, be sure they also complete their
personal information and sign where designated. In the upper right
hand corner, please indicate the accounts you wish to open.
Enclose a check or money order to cover the minimum deposit
requirements for the accounts you wish to open.
Return required documents to the address below. You can also
return them to any Travis Credit Union branch. If not returning in
person, the signature(s) on the Master Membership Card must be
notarized and the thumb print section does not need to be completed
Savings Account (You need to
first open a Savings Account to activate your membership.)
Minimum $10.00 deposit, which includes a one-time $5
membership fee.
Provide a photocopy of
your current valid Driver's License, Military ID or
State Identification, one for each signer on the
account.
