Every stocking we hang helps a child who's coping with pain

Once again, we're proud to participate as a major sponsor of the annual Children's Miracle Network (CMN) Holiday Stocking Campaign. Visit any of our branches to purchase a paper stocking for $1 and your contribution will go directly to a CMN-affiliated, non-profit hospital in our area. Funds are used to provide the finest care for children with diseases and injuries of all kinds. Donations received in Solano, Yolo and Contra Costa Counties will benefit children at U.C. Davis Medical Center and those received in Merced and Atwater will aid youngsters at Children's Hospital Central California.

We can help put a smile back on your face for the holidays

Losing your wallet or even one credit card can feel like having a rug pulled out from under you. But our card services department has steps in place to get you back on your feet quickly. We know you have shopping to do!

During business hours

When you call us after hours at (707) 449-4000 or (800) 877-8328, you will hear a menu option for lost or stolen cards. This selection will connect you with immediate assistance during the evenings, weekends and holidays when we're closed. You may also call directly for 24-hour assistance at (800) 453-4270.

Preventive measures

Even though we have blocked your card, reviewing your monthly statement for unauthorized transactions is very important. When you notify us of unauthorized transactions, you'll be asked to submit a billing dispute form. At this time, we'll let you know additional steps you'll need to take to protect your identity.

Fill the barrels and make someone smile

Help feed children, seniors, homeless families, the working poor and single-parent families in Solano, Yolo and Contra Costa Counties when you bring your canned and non-perishable foods to any TCU branch. Holiday food barrels will be available through January 31.

Our annual holiday food drive, sponsored by the Food Bank of Contra Costa and Solano and the Yolo County Food Bank, is the most important annual event towards gathering the tremendous amount of food needed to feed 82,000 people each month. In 2006, your donations to TCU's food drive brought 2,275 pounds of food and $2,500 to those in need.
