Call-24 Phone Banking is an easy and convenient way to access your accounts 24
hours, 7 days a week and is available from your home, office or while you’re
traveling. You can begin using the service when you call a member service
representative to request a Call-24 Personal Identification Number (PIN). Then,
all you need is a touch-tone phone to transfer funds among your credit union
accounts, make loan payments, verify balances or review recent deposits or
account history.
When you call our Call-24 Phone Banking numbers at (707) 449-4700 or (800)
578-3282, you’ll be asked to enter your account number and PIN on the telephone
keypad. Then, simply listen for your desired menu option and follow the voice
commands. It’s that easy!
What’s more, the Call-24 system uses voice recognition throughout the menu
options. If you know what you need, you can bypass the automated menu and simply
state your request, and that option will begin.
For example, for a balance inquiry, simply say: “What is the balance in my
savings account?”
For checking account transactions, say: “List all transactions from my
checking account.” or “List the last five checks from my checking
account.”
For deposits into you Money Market account, say: “List the last two
deposits to Money Market account.”
