$1,000 of 24-hour accidental death and dismemberment insurance
simply by completing and mailing in the enrollment form. The credit
union pays the premium and there is no cost to you. It’s just one of
the many benefits of credit union membership.
During open enrollment periods, you will also have the opportunity
to purchase additional individual or family coverage.
